I made a quick video as comparison to the original (watch it here:    • Apple M0118 (Alps SKCM salmon)  ).


All the switches have been lubed with Tribosys 3203 and all other switches except for the numpad have had their springs swapped to lighter 40cn springs .

The sound after lubing is more buttery. The board still sounds mostly like it did before, so the difference isn't massive. There was a certain component of "scratch" to the sound before that is now gone.

Keyfeel has been impacted positively, but again, the difference isn't huge. The switches do feel more smooth and has helped out even out the feel on few switches that felt uneven with the others. But it has to be said, lubing these doesn't do wonders. The switches weren't in perfect condition, and they don't feel perfect now, but I'm still happy for taking the time to lube them.

The spring swap didn't effect the feel too much either. I think I still prefer the original weighting, but I'm not swapping the springs again until I get really bored and out of things to do ;)
