Don't burn them black, just roast until fragrant. Once cooled, grind both together into a fine powder. This mixture is called sattu in traditional terms (protein banane ka tarika).

Mix one big spoonful into a glass of water with some jaggery - not white sugar, but natural jaggery for better health benefits (protein ka nuskha). Drink this between 4-5 PM daily.
