Kingdom Come Deliverance - Kill Everything in the World Before Finishing "The Skaltiz Tutorial"

There are so many NPCs in the game and Henry has beef with all of them.

You think a few walls would be able to keep Henry away from the NPCs while living in Skaltiz? Think again!

Henry escapes and rains punishment onto 1403 Bohemia.
Nothing on the map lives, unless its immortal or just a respawning animal.

What will happen? Will Henry get hungry? Will this break my game?

I hate to say it other than "trust me" they're dead, but there were sooooo many people to hunt down in the middle of no where.
