1. Measure the distance between the studs
2. Cut your blocking (wider the better 2” x 12”, 10”, or 8” inch)
3. Use Kreg Jig or similar tool to make pocket holes.
4. Measure the height distance you want your blocking.
5. Screw in the blocking
