A new riff on an old drink? We think it might be. This gin veers away from the typical juniper forward traditional notes, and doesn't immediately jump to the new American style of licorice flavors that is so popular right now. Instead it hints and vanilla and other sweetness while still holding onto the clean, high proof, flavors of something distilled high in the column. If you have ever had someone that said "I don't like gin", this might be a good offering to sit in front of them to start their education of the differences that can be found.
