IG: burpeegirl_liss I put together this short 15 minute steady state cardio session for those of you who have been asking for shorter versions of my workouts. Gonna continue posting shorter versions of my favorite workouts, so you can mix and match, or simply squeeze a quick workout in when you are short on time. Let's move our bodies, get some steps in, and burn some calories.
This is a slow paced low intensity cardio workout you can use to burn calories in a calm steady way. This is just 15 min, and can be successfully used as a warm up, or as a quick workout when you need a break from office work, to get things flowing again.

If you're going for more, make sure to press the REPLAY button and do it twice or simply move on to another workout once you're done.
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

I didn't track this workout, but I would guesstimate it burns around 100-120 calories!
