Course:
The course is an out and back x 2 course on tarmac paths alongside two rivers.

Starting from the car park, the course is flat and heads along the river Tryweryn towards the river Dee, where a marshal will direct you towards Llyn Tegid. At the turnaround point just before Llyn Tegid a marshal will direct you back to the start where you will repeat, finishing back at the car park.
