Elena Mabulo, a social worker and a community leader closely working in Hacienda Mirasol with farmers to acquire a farm land of their own towards legal empowerment process and Comprehensive Agrarian Reform program of the government. During her journey, she encountered a formidable foe, the powerful Governor of Negros Occidental, who kept a close eye on her while she assisted farmers in processing their land. One fine day, she was tormented by Governor's men. What will happen to the futures of Elena and the farmers? Will there be hope for the farmers or will there be injustices?
