1. Use the first 10 mins to tidy your space, grab a snack or drink, and plan your to-do list and get your most comfy outfit/ blanket :)
p.s. Also put your phone in 'Do not disturb' or airplane mode!

2. During Breaks use the time to move a little, stretch, refill your water or tea, good circulation help with focus ♡
