Chemical dipping a 1966 Pontiac GTO

Today I’m taking you through the process of stripping this 1966 Pontiac GTO down to bare metal prior to its restoration!

I am using a proprietary 3 step process
Step 1 paint removal in an alkaline bath.
Step 2 rust removal in an acid bath.
Step 3 applying a water based rust inhibitor.

After every acid dip the car is neutralized in our alkaline to stop from flash rusting.
