What are the things you need to make sure of before getting started?

Make sure that you have a business or creator type of Instagram account.
Check whether your Instagram account was connected to a Facebook Business Manager and/or Facebook Business Page, as this can be helpful in the recovery process.
Ensure that you have access to a Facebook Business Manager. If you don't have this option, we will show you how to get it.

🚀 Step by Step guide

1) Click here   / help   to see if you have the option to email or chat with an official Facebook representative

2) Select the option that says 'I have been blocked from using a feature.'

3) Select the Business Manager or Facebook Page that your Instagram account is connected to.

4) Open the case and provide information about what has happened.

Examples of things to say:
"I connected my Instagram account to Facebook Business Manager/My Page, and the account was deleted without any reason."
"I tried to set up a campaign for my Instagram account, but before I could start it, I realized that my account had disappeared from Instagram and my campaign is gone."
"I connected my Instagram account to my account manager through Facebook, and now my account is deleted."

If your Instagram account wasn't connected to Facebook, here's a full text of what you can say:"Hi there! I just tried to log in to my Instagram account, but it seems to have disappeared. I've tried all the forms provided, but nothing seems to be working. This account is my primary source of income, and I really need it back as soon as possible. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!"
Tip: Stay consistent in your messaging and let them know that you've tried all the available options, and emphasize that your account is your source of income.
If you don't have the option to speak with Facebook, you can try running a paid campaign for 5-7 days with $5 per day to open up the chat option. This has worked for us many times.

🤷‍♂️ What's next??
Now, we'll wait for a call from a Facebook agent who will review our case and send our request to recover the account to the Instagram team. Usually, after the agent transfers the case to the Instagram team, it can take between 2 to 14 days until the account is recovered. If it has been 3-4 days without an update or confirmation that the case has been sent to the internal team, you may need to open a new case and follow the steps again until your account is recovered.

Do not share any information about automation or third-party tools.
Never give up! If your account is important to you, keep following up until you are able to recover it.
