Margalla Enclave DHA Islamabad

Margalla Enclave is a joint venture between the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
The project is located on Kuri Road, near Park View City Islamabad and Bahria Enclave Islamabad.
The land was previously allocated for Kurimodel village, but CDA recently issued a tender for development, which was won by DHA.
DHA has started rapid development on the land, but there hasn't been an official booking launch or announcement from CDA yet.
