Here is the first in another series of videos about an archtop guitar restoration. This instrument most closely fits the specs of a Gibson L48. There was no label in the guitar, nor a serial number. In this first segment I give an overview of the work to be done and we remove the back to begin the work on the inside. All of the back braces were either loose or completely off, so it was necessary to take the back off.
