Bu videoda tornacı arkadaşımdan aldığım 12,4 kg pirinç talaşı erittim. Külçe yaptım . Yaklaşık 2700 gr cüruf çıktı. Karışık madenler oluğu için dökümü biraz sıkıntılı çıktı. Zımpara polisaj yaptım ancak oldukça çok uğraştırdı.

8700 gr külçe çıktı. Pirinç dökümden sonra zımpara ve polisaj sonrası neredeyse hiç gözenek kalmadı

2700 gr cüruf çıktı
yaklaşık 1000 gr pirinç yok oldu

Siz değerli takipçilerim arasında bazı arkadaşlar sormuştu pirinç talaşından
külçe döküp sonuçları paylaşırmısın bizimle diye o yüzden böyle bir video çektim.

Elbette bu dökümü yaparken talaş arasında , çelik , demir, bakır gibi madenlere raslatım. Hatta bronz parçacıklar da vardı bu yüzden onları tam ayrıştırma imkanı olmadı. Sonuc olarak normal pirinç gibi dökülmedi. Tam erime olmadı.

Bildiğiniz üzere pirinç içinde yaklaşık %40 Kadar çinko var. Ve 1000 c den sonra bu çinko yanmaya başlıyor. Onun için ısıyı yükseltemedim. Bazan videoda görürsünüz sarı duman çıkar. bu çinkonun yandığına işaret olmakta. Isıyı çok açsaydım bu kez metal tam erirdi ama çinko da kayıp olurdu.

In this video, I melted 12.4 kg of brass shavings that I bought from my turner friend. I made bullion. Approximately 2700 g of slag was obtained. Casting was a bit difficult because it was mixed metals. I sanded and polished it, but it took a lot of effort.

8700 grams of bullion was obtained. After the brass casting, there are almost no pores left after sanding and polishing.
I spent 2000 grams of tube
2700 g of slag came out
Approximately 1000g of rice was destroyed

Some friends among you, my dear followers, asked about rice shavings.
That's why I shot such a video to see if you could pour ingots and share the results with us.

Of course, while doing this casting, I came across minerals such as steel, iron and copper among the sawdust. There were even bronze particles, so it was not possible to fully separate them. As a result, it did not spill like normal rice. There was no complete melting.

As you know, rice contains approximately 40% zinc. And after 1000 c, this zinc starts to burn. That's why I couldn't raise the temperature. Sometimes, as you can see in the video, yellow smoke comes out. This is a sign that the zinc is burned. If I turned the heat up too much, the metal would melt completely, but the zinc would also be lost.
In short, a stick with two ends...
