After learning about Chico's (JM de Guzman) dilemma, Betty (Arci Muñoz) sets up her best friend's birthday celebration at her friend's beach resort. This compels the Mabungas and the Lombardis to coexist for Chico's 30th birthday. Despite the awkward atmosphere, the two families set their differences aside and enjoy the activities at the resort. Later on, Peachy (Maris Racal) surprises Chico with a video she prepared for him.

In hopes of uniting both of his families, Chico (JM de Guzman) tries to include Stefano (Marco Gallo) in his bonding moment with his brothers on the Mabunga side. Elena (Rosanna Roces) tries to make amends with Caring (Perla Bautista) for leaving Fernan (Joey Marquez) and abandoning Chico in the past. After asking for Chico’s permission, Stefano and Lemon take a Jet Ski ride to the other side of the island. However, a grim tragedy soon strikes the two families.
