SWG 300 CEMS

Today we want to review the MRU SWG 300.
The High End Stationary Continuous Emission Monitoring system.

Suitable for all types of industries such as:

Coal power stations.
Municipal and other waste incinerators.
Cement outlet stacks.
Glass melting industry.
Solid fuels and heavy oil combustion sites.
Bagasse and biomass steam boilers.

Measuring Oxygen with either a Long Life electro-chemical sensor or optional Paramagnetic sensor.

Additionally, the SWG 300 can measure up to 8 gas components, using MRU optimized NDIR technology, with improved accuracy and without zero offset.

Carbon monoxide.
Carbon dioxide.
Nitric oxide.
Nitric dioxide.
Nitrous dioxide.
Sulfur dioxide.
Methane.
And Propane can all be measured.

A complete Continuous Emission Monitoring system consists of the gas analyzer, a probe and sampling line, compressed air for the blow back system, optional gas temperature measurement, flow velocity measurement and dust, opacity measurement.

The SWG 300 Indoor version.
The SWG 300 Outdoor version.
And the SWG 300 ex Zone 2.
