This video is an overview of Insanity, P90X and Supreme 90 day.
I purchased these videos about 4 years ago, with Insanity being the first one, then P90X and then Supreme 90 Day.
Yes, I do like to workout at home versus going to the gym.
Insanity focuses on cardio with some muscle building with no equipment needed. The workouts are about 30-40 minutes long which makes it convenient to fit into your schedule and also to take along with you on vacation, etc because you don't need any equipment.
P90X focuses on muscle building with some cardio involved as well using a pull up bar and dumbbells or just exercise bands. These workouts are much longer with them being anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour or more. This dvd set is also convenient to take along with minimal equipment if you just use the exercise bands.
Supreme 90 day focuses on an even amount of cardio and muscle building with weights. These videos run about the same amount of time as Insanity 30-40 minutes. The equipment involved included dumbbells and stability ball. This dvd set is also easy to take along if you go away on vacation, etc. because you could use exercise bands instead of the dumbbells and use a chair instead of a stability ball.
In my opinion these dvd's each have great qualities in the workouts they offer and it would depend on what you find the most enjoyment in working out to determine which set would be for you. I like switching back and forth depending on what I'm in the mood for that day or week, it always keeps my body guessing what is next which is key.

Supreme 90 day is the cheapest compared to Insanity and P90X, although I've seen Insanity on sale for $20.00 recently.
