Police encounter with miscreants who gouged out constable's eyes in Haridwar, one arrested after being shot
Kotwali Ranipur and Bahadarabad police have arrested the absconding accused in the Haridwar Shivalik Nagar incident (Haridwar absconding accused arrested) after the encounter. In the cross firing with the miscreants, the miscreant was shot in the leg, which has been sent to the district hospital for treatment. The miscreant is accused of gouging out the eyes of a police constable with a slingshot.
