💡 CHALLAH RECIPE 💡

Dough
1 kg of flour

1 and 3/4 cups room temperature water
2 tablespoons dry yeast = 50 gram fresh yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
drizzle honey (optional)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Egg wash and decoration
1 egg + egg yolk + a little water
Sesame seeds

💡 Our Easy Lasagna Recipe 💡

Ingredients:
750 grams lasagna noodles
Store-bought tomato sauce
1-2 cups spinach (we use frozen and thaw it)
1 egg
20 grams yellow cheese

Instructions:
Mix spinach, cottage cheese, and 1 egg together.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
Spread half of the spinach mixture over the noodles.
Add a layer of tomato sauce over the spinach.
Add another layer of lasagna noodles.
Spread the remaining spinach mixture over the noodles.
Add another layer of tomato sauce over the spinach.
Sprinkle 20 grams of yellow cheese on top.
Cover and bake for 35 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Enjoy your delicious, easy lasagna! 🍽
