⚖️ My PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) daughter will often only see what she considers unfair. If her Christmas present pile looks smaller than her brother's , she'll be unhappy , and will then often target him in an effort to make things "fair" in her perception - this is known as equalising.

🎬 In this episode we look at what equalising is. Its become a buzzword recently but is still widely misunderstood. equalising is both a mental process and a physically manifesting trait in PDA and autism. We'll look at how equalising works and why it occurs.
