I recently installed three 12 x 10 RAMM Oxford pre-welded stalls. The project got off to a rocky start as the pallet of materials was shipped to my old address. After that was worked out the materials were delivered to the front of the driveway. My wife and daughter help unload the truck piece by piece. It took less than 10 minutes. I found a local lumber supplier and ordered the treated and tongue and groove boards.

The first step was to remove the existing shelves. I then used a hack saw to cut along the bottom of the existing plywood so that the flashing could be installed.

The most time consuming task was drilling the holes in the concrete for the post anchors. I had 11 anchors to drill and it did take a couple bits. Luckily my ten year old enjoyed drilling for a few seconds and then listening to the sound the drill bit made when it was cooled in water. So, he did most of the drilling.
