Nikkin Sekkie which is one of the largest architectural firms in the world is the architect and the master planner of this project, it has taken the inspiration from nature and has used 8 elements from nature to conceptualize this project. And the elements are TAKI, KEKKAI, HIKARI & KAGE, ENGAWA, TSUBINOWA, KAIYUUSEI, ANZEN & TAHI and you can pause this video and check out what it means on this picture on the screen so that you can also infer it when I explain all these elements during the video tour in different parts of the project.
KRISUMI Waterfall Residences is spread over 5.6 acres of land parcel with over 72% open and green areas. The Project is an eclectic mix of 2, 3LDKs and 4LDK Duplex penthouses. The complex has a total 433 apartments and 3 Towers. The sales gallery that I am taking you to, is not just a sales gallery, it's the manifestation of the actual living experience that you are going to have at Krisumi Waterfall Residences. The first time when you hear the name Waterfall residences first thing that comes to our mind is that it's a project based around a waterfall or a huge fountain or waterbody.
