Hey everyone! This isYan, and today I'm venting about my international shipping nightmare 😂
On December 6th, I shipped this exact portable alternator sample to Serbia
It was carefully packed, declared properly, everything looked good…
But 12 days later, it finally updated… still departing from Hong Kong! 😩
Now it's chilling in Austria, and the tracking says it won't reach Serbia until January 8, 2026… That's over a month for a small sample?!
Meanwhile, another package I sent to Italy on December 9th (same shipping method!) arrived safely on December 29th. Less than 3 weeks!
Same route, same service… why the huge difference?? Europe is Europe, right?

This poor little alternator is basically on a European vacation tour…
I'm desperate for better options!
If you've shipped to Serbia before, please help:

Is DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS faster & more reliable? (Usually 3-7 days for small parcels, but expensive?)
Any good freight forwarders or special routes for Serbia (air + truck, rail via Hungary/Poland, DDP service)?
Tips for shipping alternators/samples with battery/fuel risks? Any customs nightmares to avoid?
