Plasma TV was a Ben-Q 46W1. It's actually a GATEWAY P46M103 but was branded with the Ben-Q name back in 2004. A second generation plasma I was able to save for $36 bucks!! It had a bad Z-sustain board which was causing some sparking at the power supply board. Re-soldering a cold solder joint on the power supply and replacing the bad Z-sustain board brought it back to normal working condition!! here was my video journal and the steps I took to diagnosing the problematic plasma.
