Can We Beat CHIMPS in Every Bloons TD Game?

CHIMPS is the hardest game mode in BTD6, designed to be the true test of a Bloons player and is often the go to difficulty for custom challenges. I went back to Bloons TD 1-5 and tried to beat them on this new difficulty to see if it was possible.
