What are the factors that contribute to stress and how to overcome the same so as to lead the healthy and happy life.

FLEEING STRESSED: Everyone has experienced with varying amounts at some point in time! May be you have too much to deliver ( heavy workloads) in short time, tough deadlines, expectation of the people to count and rely on you and lot many things related to family at home. This creates a lot of pressure leading to impact on quality of output and personal relationships.

OTHER FACTORS: Life events such as loss of a job, divorce, conflicts in personal relationships, financial insecurity (debt, high cost of living), health issues (chronic illness, injury) and technology overload ( extensive use of social media, no detachment).

INTERNAL FACTORS: Negative thinking, over thinking and pessimistic self talk.

So, what's make the difference- Successful People knows how to deal and manage the same when required.

HAVING SELF COMPASSION IS MUST
Be kind to yourself and avoid pessimistic self talk. Be willing to admit your failures and mistakes and learn from them to move ahead with kindness without self doubts and criticism. Self compassionate persons are more happier, optimistic with less anxiety and depression, hence their rate of success is very high and they achieve enormous success in life. When encountered with difficult time in life, feeling of self compassion helps reducing the stress and improves the performance by making it easier to learn from mistakes.
