To unlock this boss fight, you must defeat Herodotus and then obtain the Obol, which is a random item you might receive when praying at a shrine. Because it's random, you may need to pray several times before you find one. After receiving the item you must die then within your next run there will be a new entrance to the boss door.

Basic Strategy

The boss plays like a game of Asteroids. You will be a Dragon and be able to fly all over the screen against two Slimes. When you first begin the fight you must jump once to begin flying and keep in mind every time you get hit it will cancel your flight and you will have to jump again to get back in control. There is a known glitch where if you kill the green slime first it will bug the achievement so to be safe and honestly to make it easier in general focus the red slime first, he is faster. Each fireball (You have unlimited MP) will split the blobs. Note that the screen scrolls infinitely just like a game of asteroids so you can go off the screen as well just like the slimes can. You can only take 3 hits before you die. This like every other remix boss fights requires RNG but this one in all honesty is the easiest and requires the least amount of skill in general, this fight took me 3 attempts although I was sloppy when I completed it.

These bosses are meant to be the hardest challenges in the game, just don’t give up and you’ll improve and eventually do it.
