St IVES RAFT RACE 2024

After an absence of 5 years the infamous St Ives Raft Race returns, with a record crowd and 12 fine entrants. Instead of the usual flour bombs, seaweed jelly cubes were the environmentally-friendly projectile of choice. Congratulations to the Hakes Wags on a convincing win, all who raced and/or bought jelly or a raffle ticket, but most of all to the St Ives Pilot Gig Club for organising it.
