Indian Goat Curry from Authentic Indian Restaurant

On today's video I visited an authentic family based Indian restaurant in Raleigh, NC to try Goat curry. Goat meat was so flavorful and tender. The curry sauce was thick and spicy well balanced in spices and ingredients. Goat curry is always one of my favorite meals specially if it is from Indian restaurant. There were plenty of Indian spices that created flavor explosion. Trying the goat curry with green chili sauce was a game changer, it lifts the goat curry taste to a different level. The restaurant prepare their green chili sauce and spices in house which adds more freshness and taste to the goat curry. There are plenty of Indian restaurants around the Raleigh, NC area and almost everyone of them offers goat curry option. I did not find any differences when trying goat curry from different Indian restaurants. I ordered Nan bread with garlic as an option for dipping it with goat curry sauce, but the rice was a winner. Mixing the goat curry with the Basmati rice was a good combination, the rice almost absorbs the goat curry sauce immediately without leaving it dry.
