2005 Audi A6, 4.2L V8, Oil Leak locations (SOLVED See Description/Comments)

This 2005 Audi A6, has the 4.2L (40V, BNK) V8, Quattro, has about 109,000 miles. Noticed quite a bit of oil underneath the car when doing an oil change and decided to investigate a little more. Currently, I'm thinking its the head cover gaskets. Will update as progress continues

Update:
I replaced the gasket on the valve covers, that seemed to slow down the leak. Before I started I definitely saw a bunch of grease and grime (oil + dirt and dust) all around the valve covers. Although it slowed it down, there is still a leak that drips a drip or two every day or two.

Final Update:
I took the whole thing apart. I had oil coming from TWO different locations, the oil cooler as some have mentioned, and I also had oil coming from the valley pan gasket and the oil filter housing. The housing/valley pan was the worst, simply because it would trickle down to the front of the engine and get flung around by the pulley's. The While I had the intake and valley pan off, I also replaced the check valves and spray valves, along with the filter housing gaskets, Intake manifold gaskets, valley pan gasket, and the oil cooler orings.

My Oil cooler was NOT cracked, just the o-rings went bad. But, I had read a lot of instances where it is cracked. Depends on the year of your car. From my understanding, if your car is leaking from the oil cooler, their will only either be an o-ring bad OR a crack... not both. Thanks Keith for your link!
