Today I am showing you how to make Pumpkin Pie Cake in your slow cooker for Crocktober.

Here is the cake recipe:
Ingredients-
1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup Butter (can substitute vegan butter)
2 cups Brown Sugar
3 Eggs (can substitute flax eggs)
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cup Flour (can substitute 1 to 1 GF flour)

Directions- Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add pumpkin. In a seperate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients to make batter. Pour batter in foil lined slow cooker. Cover with towel, a layer of foil, and slow cooker lid. Cook on high for 2- 3 hours or until toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.

Cream Cheese Icing Recipe-
8 oz. Cream Cheese (or vegan cream cheese)
1/4 cup Butter (or vegan butter)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Milk (or vegan milk)
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Mix cream cheese and butter until combined. Add vanilla and milk and stir to combine. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
