Mixed-income housing is an affordable housing model that enables households across different income levels to reside within the same community, with rental costs varying according to evolving individual household income levels. Lindsay Munn, the Vice President of Property Portfolio Management at Civida, will provide insights into how Civida is leveraging this housing model works to help ensure housing sustainability, longer-term housing stability and improved outcomes for renters.
