🔥 Cook in two stages — first bake the chicken and vegetables at 220°C (428°F), then cook everything together at 160°C (320°F) until done.

🥘 Ingredients:
🍚 Rice — 1 cup
💧 Hot water — for soaking + 1 cup for cooking
🧅 Onion — 1 (chopped)
🍗 Chicken fillet — 1 kg (2.2 lb)
🥕 Carrots — 1–2 (cut into strips)
🌶 Bell pepper — 1
🍅 Seedless tomatoes — 3
🥬 Shredded cabbage — 150 g (5.3 oz)
🧄 Garlic — 3 cloves
🌿 Fresh parsley — for garnish

🧂 Seasonings:
🧂 Salt — 2 tsp
🌶 Black pepper — to taste
🌶 Smoked paprika — 2 tsp
🌿 Oregano — to taste
🌶 Chili pepper — ½ tsp
🧂 Chicken seasoning — to taste
🧂 Vegetable spice mix — to taste
🧂 All-purpose seasoning — 1 tbsp
🍅 Barberry & dried tomato mix — to taste

🫒 Olive oil — 50 g (1.8 oz) + extra for drizzling
