Log Canoe Races - 19 August 2023

Log Canoes are exciting sailing, both for the participants and the watchers. They are basically one big canoe, no keel and totally reliant on the crew sitting out on the boards to balance the boat.

This race weekend was hosted by Cambridge Yacht Club, with the boats coming from the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

78º, clear sunny skies. Winds 6 knots gusting to 15 knots from the North-West. 20 miles visibility. Pressure 30.07Hg. Density Altitude 1,000' AMSL.
