This is a really good question. What qualifies me to use my VA home loan entitlement? So 90 days of active-duty service, that is your minimum required service time to qualify for your VA home loan benefit. Now if you are a reservist and you were activated under Title 10 orders, then you would also qualify after 90 days of active-duty service. If you’re a reservist and you never were activated, then you have to be in the reserves for six years in order to qualify for your VA home loan benefit. If you're in the National Guard and you are activated under Title 32 or Title 10 orders, you also would qualify after 90 days. Otherwise, it's six years in the National Guard to qualify for your VA home loan benefit.

So just remember, it’s 90 days of active-duty service, continuously serving for at least two years unless in certain circumstances, medical discharges and other things, you could still qualify for your vehicle. Benefits. Reach out with other questions about how you qualify.
