In Part 26 of my The Long Dark survival series, I wake up in the ravine cave and wait out the weather before climbing the rope back up. Along the way, I manage to do some rabbit hunting. Returning to the trailer, I put out hides and guts to dry before taking a shortcut over the hills to avoid wolves on my way back to the Camp Office.

Back at base, I neatly display my newly repaired tools, cook the rabbit meat, and get to work on crafting. I make simple arrows, build a small storage box, and craft a powerful Moose Hide Cloak. I also move furniture around, placing the old dresser under the stairs, and build another survival bow.

After restocking my water supply and brewing tea, I hunt another rabbit while waiting for it to cook. The episode ends with me cooking tea and rabbit outdoors, fully stocked and organized for the challenges ahead.
