I'm breaking one of my Unreview rules, but for a good reason. Appendix N is a collection of essays by Jeffro Johnson talking about the bibliography listed in the Advanced D&D DMG by Gary Gygax. Unfortunately, the book says more about Mr. Johnson than it does about D&D or Gygax.
