Hey there, this video is a bit longer than what I've been doing lately, when trying to capture a goat kidding it can get pretty tough. You dont want to stress out the Mama, they also move around a lot trying to position the kid into the birth canal.

The kidding process took about an hour from start to finish, when available and home
Mrs Country Ken likes to be there to assist if necessary, otherwise she will just observe to make sure everything is going smoothly. There have been a couple times that the Mama needed extra help due to a stuck kid.

The 1st kid out is a buckling and came out back legs first (breech) Mrs. didnt think there would be another one as he is a pretty big guy, normally she would do a bounce to check if there is another one in there but she didn't think it was necessary. Well from now on she says shes going to double check, just in case.

Well after about 45 minutes Bonnie gave a grunt, laid down pushed twice and out came another one, back feet first as well. So here we are with a big buckling and now a little doeling. Both kids and Mama were tired, Mrs gave Bonnie some molasses and made sure the kids were nursing before she let them settle.
We decided to call them Tucker and Charlie.
