In honor of Arts Education Month, we wanted to share a story from one of our amazing museum educators.

Learning in and through the arts helps students (and adults!) develop critical thinking skills, imagination, creativity, and provide outlets to communicate feelings or ideas. Throughout the month of March, the Florida Department of Education is encouraging students and teachers to learn from local artists, share their experiences in art and to visit art museums.
