So I've been doing quite well with my personal and financial life, but about a month ago as I started to evaluate my goals, I realized that I have been at somewhat of a standstill for a while.

By that I mean, I was making very good money, but it wasn't really growing from month to month. Now I am not sitting here and saying that if your income isn't growing every single month, you're a failure. But what I am saying is, as people who want to progress, we must allow ourselves to progress.

Long story short, what did I do? I went out, and bought a $500 microphone package so I could start podcasting to bring my speaking career to the next level. I also went out and upgraded my computer chair...why? So I would be more comfortable sitting at my desk and be able to work a bit harder and longer.

What I realized was, if I don't do anything different today, then my tomorrow will be the exact same.

So whether it is money you need to spend, or time you need to put in, do something different today to make for a better tomorrow!
