Target ABV: 6.5%
Actual ABV: 5.5%
4.5 litre batch (1 gallon)

MASH & BOIL:
Strike water temp 71°C (160°F)
Mash temp 65°C (149°F) for 60 mins
Mashout temp 77°C (170°F) for 15 mins
Pre boil volume 5.5 litres (1.2 gal)
Boil 60 mins
