Calculate ppm for a solution (parts per million) using formula

Описание к видео Calculate ppm for a solution (parts per million) using formula

You can calculate parts per million (ppm) by dividing the grams of solute ... the thing that's dissolved .... by the grams of solutions .. which is the whole mixture combined, and THEN multiplying by a million, which should remind you of multiplying by 100 for percent.

Also if you're given ppm, you can calculate the mass of solute or mass of solution, depending on what else you've been given.

Parts per Million is the number of grams of a solute per MILLION grams of the mixture.
