This 10 Minutes Moo Shu Chicken recipe is quick and easy to make, you can also use leftover chicken, it’s full of fresh and delicious flavors and it tastes just as good as the restaurant version. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp, minced
Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
Chicken - 500g, diced
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Mushroom – 150g, sliced
Coleslaw mix – 400g, cabbage and carrot shredded
Hoisin Sauce – 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 2tbsp
Sesame Oil – 1tbsp

Directions:
1- Heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.
2- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
3- Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.
4- Next add coleslaw mix and cook for 5 minutes.
5- Pour the sauce into the pan, combine all the intranets together until evenly coated.
6- Bon Appetit!
