If it weren't for bad Boolossus RNG, this could have been sub-10.

Timer starts at the end of the pre-run countdown (00:05) and ends when the screen fades to black after defeating Boolossus (10:41).  Using Co-op is not allowed.

More details about each floor are listed below (individual floor times are taken from the in-game timer):
- Floor 1: Defeat all 34 ghosts (1:16)
- Floor 2: Defeat all 20 ghosts (1:21)
- Floor 3: Defeat all 130 crows (0:45)
- Floor 4: Defeat all 20 ghosts (1:16)
- Floor 5: Defeat Boolossus (2:58)
