hey foodies,
sharing with u banana dosa recipe from my mom's sister's recipe book... tastes too good, sweet, delicious, spongy... balehannina dose/banana dosa is normally done when u have so much banana left at home that's going to get rotted if it's not used within one day... when normally done this dosa / buns with slightly blackened bananas, it gives amazing tastes....
do give it a try...remember how much ever water u want to add, add while grinding only, do not add anything the next day or after fermentation, it spoils the consistency...do give it a try
