As the lines of cyber- and physical systems becomes blurred, students and graduates need to quickly adapt to a complex and interconnected work, study, and living space. Navigating such complexity requires them to be more agile and adaptive to change; within the context of curriculum, they might need to have insights from a broad range of subjects, in order to provide solutions to problems and challenges that might not exist before. This session introduces the concept of integrated curriculum in higher education, and managing the bottlenecks in delivering a transformative learning experience for the students. In this aspect, the role of the individual educator is put into the spotlight: what would it take for him/her to disrupt the curriculum?
