The World's Longest Hackathon: The Hacker Zephyr, July 2021

Описание к видео The World's Longest Hackathon: The Hacker Zephyr, July 2021

The Hacker Zephyr was an epic, cross-country train trip taken by 42 teen hackers in the summer of 2021. Over 10 days, the journey began on a farm in Vermont and ended on the factory floor of SpaceX in California, where Hack Clubbers demoed their projects.

It was organized by Hack Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports high school coders in starting coding clubs, hackathons, and building awesome projects. Support came from donors including Elon Musk and Tom Preston-Werner.

This was the world's longest hackathon on land (3,502 miles long).
