The controller consists of the microcomputer control (the touch screen, the system control panel and interface board), the signal transducer (the diffuse reflection type photoelectric sensor and the opposite type photoelectric sensor), the servo motor and drive parts(servo motor and servo motor drive), the power supply regulating part (power transformer and power supply board).T Being reliable and stable, the system is equipped with super-large-scale-integration and high quality imported components to label the bottles at high speed. The controller is developed based on the foundation of the conventional LCD controller. Compared with LCD controller, it is featured with the function of the man-machine interface and graphic display and reminder in Chinese so as to be controlled and operated more conveniently with humanized functions. Furthermore, the digital control function for adjustable speed motor has been added to it to start and stop the speed controlling for bottle separating, label rolling and bottle feeding so as to attain the goal of controlling the whole mechanics operation by the controller.
