Let me show you a quick, simple way to share notes with other iPhone users.

Before we start, if you run into any issues where some options are missing, you'll need to check your iCloud settings and ensure that Notes is enabled for both users involved.

To do this, open Settings. Tap your name at the top, then scroll down and select iCloud. In the "Apps using iCloud" section, tap "Show All" and make sure Notes is turned on. Both users need to do this to collaborate on a single note.

Once this is done, we can move on to sharing. Open the Notes app and find or create the note you want to share. Tap the share icon at the top of the screen.

First, choose how you want to share the note. At the top of the menu, decide whether you want to collaborate on the same note or send a copy. Collaborating allows both users to see real-time edits.

After making your choice, select the option underneath, which may say "Only invited people can edit." Here, set who can access the note: either specific people you invite or anyone with a link. Adjust permissions to allow others to make changes or view only, and decide if others can invite more people.

Make your choices and hit "Done" at the top right. Now, share the note via AirDrop, text messages, emails, and more. The recipient will get a notification and can accept the invite, gaining access to the shared note.
