🧠 Before You Start

1. Make sure you (or your brand) are notable. If you're not mentioned in multiple reliable sources (news, media, books, etc.), the page will likely be rejected.
2. Gather reliable references. Blogs, your own website, or social media don’t count. Use press coverage, media interviews, or independent articles.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Process

1. Create a Wikipedia Account
Go to Wikipedia, sign up with a legit username, password, and email (don’t use a fake one).
2. Access the Article Wizard
After logging in:
Click “Learn to Edit”
Scroll down to “Editing” then “Create New Article”
Click “Article Wizard”
Choose “Writing for yourself” to create a draft

3. Start the Draft
Enter the page title (e.g., your name)
Choose Visual Editor for easier formatting (recommended over source editing)

4. Write the Content
Add headings, paragraphs, and internal/external links
Structure your page like existing articles (e.g., “Early life”, “Career”, “Achievements”)

5. Add Citations:
For every claim (e.g., “featured in Forbes”), add a citation
Use the citation tool:
Internal: link to other Wikipedia articles
External: use reliable third-party sources (news outlets, official publications)

6. Upload Images (Optional but Recommended)
Upload images to Wikimedia Commons
Add them to your article via the “Media” option
Use captions and ensure they’re correctly licensed

7. Insert an Infobox
Go to Templates, then Infobox person
Fill in name, image (from Commons), birthdate, etc.
